Special Note on Teams
This year, we are expanding the definition of Teams to allow the maximum number of players to participate. If your school does not have 5 players to create an independent team, one may be formed by the players of a School District. In the event that there are not enough players in a District to create a team, the Tournament Director may create an ad-hoc team for the event. Please read the tournament rules for restrictions on this provision. “Cherry picked”, “All Star” or “Super” teams will not be allowed and are subject to special rules.
Format
This is a Four Round, G/45 event. Players are required to bring their own clocks or may rent one “by the round” on site for a nominal fee.
Concessions
Concessions are not provided on site although there are fast food and restaurants nearby. Please contact Rick Jorgensen if your group would be interested in providing concessions and keeping the proceeds for your school.
